Although the idea of needing them is beyond imagination, I pray that the skilled hands and hearts of hospice will give you added support and comfort. The theory of palliative care is much the same as your own belief; make every day count in every way possible. We are all praying for you every day.
I follow your blog every day in hopes of seeing good news and improvements. This broke my heart reading this. I hope the nurses can provide nothing but comfort and love to your little boy. My prayers are with you guys every single day and there is not a moment that goes by that I don't think of you.
I know how you feel its never easy to have that meeting, but I promise you guys it makes a very unbearable situation, somewhat bearable. I lost my 2 1/2 yr old little boy Andrew in 1/2010, it was by far the hardest point in our families lives, but I know that the trained palliative/hospice nurses are compassionate and have hearts that are so big and helped our family and our Andrew be as comfortable as possible. My heart breaks for you and your family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Michelle Garten
Mrs Ciparelli, I just wanted to tell you that I miss you so much in school but your sub is very nice.I hope Oliver is feeling better I think of him and you everyday you are always on my mind. any kid that sayes that thay dont like you i wil heart them. when i pry for you i some times cry.
